To build a culture of responsible gaming at 09kbet, we encourage every player to follow these simple but effective tips.
Decide in advance how much BDT you're willing to spend on gaming each week — and never exceed that limit.
Set a daily limit on how many hours you'll spend gaming. Use a timer and stop when it goes off.
Chasing losses with more bets is one of the most dangerous habits you can develop. Accepting a loss and walking away is always the smarter choice.
Never think of gaming as a source of income. It is purely for entertainment, and there is always a chance of losing.
Take a 10–15 minute break every hour. Step away from gaming and spend time with family, friends, or a hobby.
Never game when you are stressed, angry, or upset. It is hard to make sound decisions in those states.
Be open with your family about your gaming habits. Their support can go a long way in keeping you on track.
09kbet strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. Protecting minors from online gaming is a core part of our responsible gaming policy.
We recommend that parents install parental control software on their children's devices and regularly monitor their internet activity. Never share your login credentials with your child.
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, don't try to handle it alone. 09kbet's responsible gaming support team is available 24/7, every day of the week.
